One of our regular customers in the food processing business had a cooler floor that was failing(previously installed by a competitor)they are required to have sanitary floors. They called us and we had a crew work over the weekend bringing floor back into service.
They are building a new plant and will be moving in a year or less, they said replace only failing portion as the rest of floor should last a year.
Floor was demoed to a point where existing was down tight, concrete and existing were diamond ground. Cementious urethane was installed over existing and the infill.
Cooler was shut down Friday night and back in service on Monday morning,no loss of production.

Installation of quartz flooring in a local athletic club. This concrete floor was prepared by diamond grinding, moisture mitigating epoxy installed, epoxy mortar was used to slope to drains to eliminate standing water. A double quartz broadcast and two top coats of polyurea with aluminum oxide non-slip aggregate were added.

Quartz floors add a decorative touch to an otherwise dull drab area. The epoxy or cementious urethane floor is also very durable and long lasting.

We got a call to look at this residential garage in Charlestown, Ma.
The concrete was never finished, had salt damage and could not be cleaned due to rough irregular surface. The customer chose the diamond ground and sealed floor over epoxy. This floor was heavily diamond ground and had two coats of sealer applied for about 50% of the cost of the epoxy floor he chose in the beginning.
This is a good option for anyone looking to smooth a floor that does not need a high performance coating.

This system was installed with integral color in the concrete overlay, topical stain was then applied and it was sealed with epoxy sealer and three coats of low gloss urethane. The ADA accessible ramps had non skid aggregate added and provide a slip resistant finish that will be easy to maintain.

Sometimes you don't need a coating to make your concrete look like new. The existing concrete floor at this location was covered with vinyl tile, carpet glue and epoxy coating. After we completed the removal of the mastics and coatings the floor was diamond ground to prepare the concrete, cracks and holes were color matched and filled. The grinding process continued to make the repairs flush with the concrete and close up the porous surface. Once the grinding steps were completed three coats of sealer were applied.

We got a call and looked at this job. The existing underlayment was installed over a copper shielding and had started to fail. The underlayment needed to be removed and shielding needed to remain un-damaged. After careful planning to perform this work in a functioning hospital we started the demolition and preparation for 3/4"-1" of K15 underlayment. The owner had bond tests taken so it wouldnt have to be shut down again. All of the failures during testing were in the concrete below the copper. The finished floor was flat, smooth, level and well bonded.
