Grind and seal is an economical and effective method for strengthening and beautifying concrete floors in homes, garages, retail stores, showrooms, manufacturing plants, and institutional facilities. Grind and seal the natural gray for a modern, contemporary look. Our concrete grind and seal system is a terrific way to transform your concrete floor from drab gray to a nice gloss finish. “Grind and seal” also has low installation costs and is less labor intensive than “grind and polish.”

Using the slab on grade as the finished floor surface is more cost effective, maintenance costs are lower

Polished floors are easy to clean, requiring only occasional damp mopping. They also eliminate the need for messy waxes or coatings as well as the associated labor, time, and expense to apply them.

Polished concrete does not require hazardous coatings, cleaners or adhesives
The most common places polished concrete is used include:

Large warehouses and warehouse outlets
Retail stores
Hotels and restaurants
Office buildings
Auto showrooms
Private residences

Almost any structurally sound concrete floor, whether new or old, can be polished.

Existing floors typically require some surface preparation prior to polishing to remove dirt, grease, coatings, or blemishes

An experienced contractor can usually determine a floor's suitability

Cementitious urethane is a high performance floor coating composed of Portland cement, water, aggregate, and other fine materials. It was created for the food and beverage industry. Also referred to as “urethaneconcrete” or “urethane mortar,” cementitious urethane has many benefits as it has been introduced and used in many applications beyond the food and beverage industry.
This system can be installed with a seamless application. Maintaining a seamless floor throughout the entirety of a facility can help decrease the level of bacteria or harmful chemicals getting stuck in the seams.
Able to withstand extreme temperature swings from -330°F to +240°F, cementitious urethane offers a thermal stability. Urethanes can expand and contract at the same rate as concrete, for a very low risk of bending, buckling, or cracking.
Urethane can be installed over 7 day old concrete(green) whereas with epoxy you need to wait at least 30 days if not more.
