Epoxy Technicians

Experience or willing to learn:

-Prepare edges with 5”, 7” grinders or stand-up edger.

- Operate propane or electric walk behind and

-Remote-control grinders.

-Operate propane vacuums. 

-Mix & install cement based and resinous repair materials. 

-Operate gas & electric crack chasers. 

-Accurately mix & measure resins.

- Able to cut edges, roll and squeegee. 

-Broadcast flake and quartz sand.

- Sweep/Vacuum. 

-Shotblast with 10", 15" & 30" Blastrac machines. 

-Trowel Cove base. 

-Application of urethane topcoats.

Familiarity with the following:

-100% solids and water-based Epoxy resins

-Urethane Cement 

-Polyaspartic.

-Polyurea's. 

-MMA. 

-Epoxy Mortar's.

-Cab-O-Sil.

Responsibilities / Requirements

-Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to and from jobsites.

-Minimum of 1 year experience with epoxy flooring.

-Maintain a positive attitude.

-Work as part of a team.

-Be able to work on your knees.

-Lift 75 lbs.

-Have a good attention to details.

-Yearly pulmonary function and respirator fit tests.

-Arrive to work on time.

-Occasionally work weekends and 2nd or 3rd shift.

Epoxy Crew Foreman will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience, manage labor, coverage rates, mil thickness, work closely with a project manager to stay within schedule and budget. Alert PM and / or shop technician of field needs, damages and equipment issues to head off shortages or delays. Interact with project super, customer representative or facility manager and manage a 3–5-person crew.

Pay Rates from $25.00-$40.00 per hour. Foreman position may also be eligible to receive a company vehicle and quarterly performance bonus.

Polished Concrete Installers

Experience or willing to learn:

Understanding the process of grinding, honing and polishing to achieve a gloss on a concrete substrate. This process includes the following:

- Operation of propane or electric walk behind and remote-control grinders. Operate ride-on power trowels

- Operation of propane & electric dust collectors

- Slurry management.

- Apply lithium, sodium and potassium silicate densifiers.

- Application and of Polyurea Grouts with cartridges & pumps.

- Cement based and polyurea repair materials.

- Prepare & polish edges with 5”, 7” grinders or 120V, 220v & 480v stand-up edgers.

- Understanding the proper use and applications of metal, hybrid and resin diamond tooling.

- Application of heat set and penetrating stain protectors.

- Burnishing

Responsibilities / Requirements

-Minimum of 1 year experience with polishing concrete flooring.

-Maintain a positive attitude.

- Lift 75 lbs.

- Occasionally work weekends and 2nd or 3rd shift.

Polished Concrete Crew Foreman will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience, manage labor, schedule, tooling, materials & equipment, work closely with a project manager to stay within schedule and budget. Alert PM and / or shop technician of field needs, damages and equipment issues to head off shortages or delays. Interact with project super, customer representative or facility manager and manage a 2–4-person crew.

Pay Rates from $25.00-$40.00 per hour. Foreman position may also be eligible to receive a company vehicle and quarterly performance bonus.

Shop Technician / Driver

The Shop Technician / Driver will need to be a versatile person who can assist the field crews with deliveries of materials, supplies and equipment. Some of your time will be spent in the shop preparing for job, delivering equipment & materials, picking up & returning materials and equipment back into the shop from job sites after the job, minor maintenance of equipment and cleaning and organization of the warehouse with minimal supervision and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities / Requirements

-Load equipment, materials & supplies on to trucks and deliver to job sites, then pick up when the job is done.

-Receiving materials and verification of the order.

-Stock job boxes and supply trailers & trucks upon return to the shop.

-Inventory control.

-Inspect equipment and tag for repair or return the equipment to the warehouse.

-Perform minor maintenance on electric, propane and gas-powered machines.

-Drive 24', 16', 12' box trucks (non cdl).

-Operate forklift with certification and pallet jacks or be willing to get certification with our assistance.

-Dot Card or be able to get a DOT card with our assistance.

-Lift 75 lbs.

-Self-motivation with a positive attitude.

-Understand schedules and prioritize work.

-Have a minimum of 1 year warehouse or similar shop experience.

-Monitor vehicles service schedules and deliver to a designated vehicle service provider.

Pay Rates from $25.00-$35.00 per hour.
